The most desired, best-selling, most used and reused cream by tens of thousands of users of my formulated products, the cream that revolutionized my career as a formulator, the cream I could write books about, could be described, in short, as follows:

Skin problems start in adolescence, beginning as a tragedy for the child who is shaping up to be young. Then, in periods of youth or even adulthood, they can continue or reappear. In general, acne blemishes prompt us to use everything from traditional remedies to sophisticated medicines in the hope of balancing the complexion and making it evolve for the better.

That is why I have formulated what I consider to be the dermatocosmetic panacea for skin with impurities, acne blemishes, comedones. I've brought science, botany and technological excellence to the formula.
The synergy of the botanicals Tamanu and CBD provides extremely healing premises to the formula as integument degradation is accelerated by cellular inflammation. Cannabinoids and the cannabidiol, CBD, are the new revolution in moderating and controlling cellular inflammation. Tamanu is a tree native to Madagascar and is considered a natural antibiotic in traditional medicine.

Salix purpurea extract is one of the ingredients with clinically proven efficacy in increasing moisturization in volunteers with atopic skin. Under experimental conditions, Salix purpurea extract used in the formula had a potent concentration-dependent inhibitory effect on the release of IL-8 by NHEK (Normal Human Epidermal Keratinocytes) stimulated by PMA.

The propolis extract in the 23 H formula is an exceptional biological antiseptic with anti-inflammatory properties that improves the skin's protective barrier.
It is a standardized extract that protects against exogenous factors such as UV, bacteria and microorganisms and antioxidants.

For a guarantee on the use of the 23 H cream, we commissioned independent tests from two laboratories in Europe.
The study to determine the comedogenic activity of the product 23 H used in conjunction with micellar water with orange peel as a cleansing product was carried out over a period of 4 consecutive weeks on a sample of volunteers selected on inclusion and non-inclusion criteria, women and men aged 18-40 years, with acne grade 2 and 3, on normal and sensitive skin. Tests were performed according to the Colipa Efficacy Guidelines. Evaluation was done both by a dermatologist and a self-assessment according to a questionnaire. The degree of acne of the volunteers was determined according to the IGA scale for acne vulgaris.
After the test it was found:

• 70% of volunteers felt an improvement in texture during use;


• 50% felt that both itching and pimples were greatly and extremely diminished during the application period;


• 70% of volunteers felt very and extremely calm and more comfortable skin after using 23 H;


• 90% of volunteers felt very and extremely improved skin after applying 23 H;


• 90% of volunteers would still buy 23 H;


• 90% of volunteers would recommend the product.

A further study on 23 H by an independent laboratory was carried out in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and Council Regulation 1223/2009, as per The Personal Care Association Guidelines.
The test was done for 4 weeks. Instrumental tests were performed with:

•  Sebumeter SM815: sebum measurement, sebum mattifying and regulating;


• Visiopor PP34N: evaluation of anti-acne activity;


• Visioface RD: photos and calculation of the number of sebaceous glands and pores;


• Visioface RD: photos of sections of epidermis.

Photos taken after regular use show a reduction in both the amount of porphyrins and the area occupied by porphyrins. As a result, oily and combination skin imperfections, i.e. excessively dilated, sebaceous glands or acne lesions, become less visible.

Photographs taken 4 weeks after the first application of the test preparation show a clear lightening of skin redness / even color tint and reduction of skin imperfections.

The product is a cosmetic product. The result may vary depending on the individual, the history of the condition and the causes of the condition. Although the ingredients used in the preparation of the products are of the highest quality, the use of the product does not guarantee the desired results in all cases. Results may differ from case to case, as every body is different and reacts differently. In some cases, symptoms may worsen.
