Right to withdraw from the Contract

According to the legal provisions, when you purchase through the App, you have the possibility to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days after delivery of the products, without providing a reason.

In order to exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of receipt of the products to the following contact details:

When you withdraw from the Contract, we will refund the purchase cost of the products and the delivery costs within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. However, please note that we will refund the money after returning the products. For the purposes of the refund, we will use the same payment method you used to pay for the cost of the products and services, unless we agree otherwise later. Where you exercise this right, you must send the products immediately, but no later than 14 days after the date of withdrawal, to the following address:

Please note that all costs associated with the return of products will be borne by you. It is very important to note that you are held responsible for any diminished value of the products.

The right to withdraw from the contract is not applicable in the following situations:

- Products are made according to your requirements;

- If you have opened the packaging of cosmetic preparations and/or other products that come into direct contact with the skin.
