We deliver internationally to 44 countries, anywhere in the European Union, but also outside the EU, to Switzerland, Republic of Moldova, Qatar, USA, etc.

!!! We do not deliver to Turkey.

Payment is made before delivery (both for products and and transportation).

In case of orders from EU Member States or from outside the EU, the transportation cost is 120 lei, and the shipment will be made through the courier company DHL International Romania S.R.L. (hereinafter "DHL").

For non-EU countries, customs duty is payable separately when the recipient collects the parcel. You will be contacted by a DHL representative (usually by e-mail) who will give you all the necessary information.

Ordered products can be paid online by bank card, payments are processed through the mobilePay (Netopia S.R.L.), Smart Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay processor. For more details, please see Terms and Conditions.

Some of the information related to your card is processed by BOTANICAL SRL. Thus, we store only the reference to the card with a code, expiration date, first and last 4 digits. The rest of the data is processed by the payment processor.

If you are unable to pay on the website by one of the methods displayed and choose to make a bank transfer, please note that you need to contact us, as at this time the website does not technically allow the launch and finalization of the order in this situation.
