The Botanical Cleansing Foaming Cleanser - Lime, Vitamin E is a superb formula that helps cleanse the skin by removing impurities, traces of makeup and dead skin cells. With an exceptional synergy between two cleansing actives with clinically proven moisturizing and anti-irritant properties, as well as the blend of base oils infused with castor and almond oil and lime extract, make this cleansing and de-puffing product an addition to your skincare routine. Most of the active constituents of lime are flavonoids, known for their antioxidant properties, and glycosides, water-retaining monosaccharides. Lime blossom extract helps skin regeneration while improving skin tone and may help soothe the skin. Almond oil has been used in beauty rituals since ancient times. It contains fatty acids, vitamins (especially B and E), proteins and mineral salts (calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, etc.). It adapts easily to all skin types and can help regenerate and revitalize the skin, leaving it velvety soft. The castor oil contained in the cleansing mousse originates from tropical South Africa. Ricinoleic acid is hydrophilic, emollient and can help prevent water loss from the epidermis. Vitamin E is an important antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and a highly desirable ingredient in cosmetic formulas. It can act as a free radical scavenger.
